Refund Policy

BusinessForecast.com sells a digital product delivered as a downloadable Excel file after payment confirmation.

1. Digital Product and Withdrawal Rights

The product sold through BusinessForecast.com is digital content delivered electronically after payment.

If you are a consumer in the European Union, by completing your purchase you expressly consent to immediate delivery of the digital product and acknowledge that you lose your statutory right of withdrawal once delivery begins.

2. General Refund Position

Because the product is delivered digitally and typically made available immediately after payment, purchases are generally final once delivery has begun.

3. Situations Eligible for Refund Review

We may review refund requests in limited cases where there is a verified issue on our side, including:

  • duplicate purchase of the same product in error
  • confirmed non-delivery after successful payment
  • reproducible technical failure that prevents access to the purchased file

4. Situations Not Eligible

Refunds are not granted for reasons such as change of mind, misunderstanding of product scope, dissatisfaction with the business assumptions entered by the user, or a preference not to use the delivered file.

You are responsible for reviewing your own model assumptions and outputs. The product is informational and does not constitute financial, tax, legal, or investment advice.

5. How to Request a Review

Send your request to info@businessforecast.com with your support reference from the confirmation page/email, your order email, and a short description of the issue.

Requests should be submitted within 14 days after purchase so the issue can still be properly investigated.

6. Processing

Any refund approved by us will be returned to the original payment method through Stripe. Processing times may vary by bank or card provider.
