1. Scope of Service

BusinessForecast.com provides a guided workflow that converts user inputs into a downloadable Excel financial forecast model. The generated file is intended as a starting point for planning and analysis and may require edits by you.

2. No Professional Advice

The service and all outputs are provided for informational purposes only. Nothing on BusinessForecast.com is financial, tax, accounting, legal, or investment advice.

You are solely responsible for reviewing all assumptions, formulas, model logic, and outputs before relying on them for any business, financing, or investment decision.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and lawful input data and to use the service in compliance with applicable laws. You remain responsible for all decisions, disclosures, and outcomes based on your use of the generated model.

4. Orders, Payment, and Delivery

Purchases are processed through Stripe. By completing checkout, you authorize the applicable one-time charge for the product shown at checkout.

The product is delivered digitally through a download flow after successful payment. Access may be time-limited for security reasons.

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you expressly consent to immediate delivery of the digital product and acknowledge that you lose your statutory right of withdrawal once delivery begins.

5. Intellectual Property and License

BusinessForecast.com and its underlying materials remain the property of TrueNorthVision B.V. After purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use and edit your downloaded model for your own internal business use.

You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or present the service output as a standalone competing product without prior written permission.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrueNorthVision B.V. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from your use of the service or model outputs.

7. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. The latest version will always be published on this page with an updated date.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.

Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms or the use of the service will be submitted to the competent courts of the Netherlands, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
